Terri Brand leads the resourcing centre in Cape Town. It opened in 2025 as part of HW3, and in just over a month the team had made 12 new hires.

The centre is a service rather than a market. It adds delivery capacity behind the consultants in London and New York, so they can spend more of their time with clients and candidates.
