Alan Connor is Chief Investment Officer at Meraki Capital, where he leads investment strategy, deal origination, and the assessment of acquisition opportunities. A CIMA-qualified finance leader, he brings extensive board-level experience to the group.
Alan is responsible for evaluating targets, structuring transactions, and making sure each acquisition strengthens the wider group. He works closely with management teams through diligence and integration, so the people selling a business deal with the same person from first conversation to completion.
