Nick founded Meraki Capital and chairs the group. He has built a portfolio spanning blue collar, specialist and pan-European recruitment, including the six businesses that became Tessero.

His focus is simple. Back good businesses, then give them the technology and capital to lead their markets. He became Chairman of Magnus Search when Meraki invested in 2025.
