Gary Elden OBE is Chief Executive Officer of Meraki Capital, leading the group's strategy, growth, and the development of its portfolio of specialist recruitment brands. He joined in July 2026 to lead the day-to-day management of the portfolio, the integration of acquired businesses and the group's growth in Europe.

He is the former CEO of SThree, the FTSE-listed specialist recruiter, where he rose from trainee to chief executive, founded the Huxley brand, and served as Group Chief Strategy Officer. During six years as SThree CEO, Gary doubled both turnover and profitability at a business employing around 3,000 people worldwide.

He was awarded an OBE for services to diversity in business.
