Bradley Wood co-founded Magnus Search in 2017 and leads it as Managing Director.

When Meraki invested in 2025, he stayed to run the business he built. Since then, five more UK businesses have joined Magnus under his leadership. He still sets a rate at half five in the morning when the shift needs it, and he is clear about what Magnus will and will not do.
