Ben Knight is Managing Director of SERT.

He was Chief Operating Officer when SERT joined Meraki in January 2026, and now leads the business. Under his leadership SERT has become contract-first, recruiting contractors and deploying them with clients, with a focus on HVAC and refrigeration, retrofit and data centres.
